VCCS Outage

The VCCS ITS team has finished validating all production systems affected by this outage and all systems are reported. We are closing the outage at this time. Thank you for your support and patience throughout the day and we apologize for any convenience.

The VCCS ITS team continues to complete System Verification checks but many systems are up including HR, and AIS. Another update will be sent within the hour. We appreciate your patience and support.

The intermittent outage issue is beginning to resolve as the fix is applied across the environment. VCCS ITS staff have begun verification checks and we expect the outage to fully resolve within the next 90 minutes. At this point VPN is back up but the team is still checking systems including SIS, HR, and AIS. I will provide an update once all verification checks are complete.

Our system outage is beginning to resolve. Once the Operations team clears the outage, we will run through our Post Outage System Check List. If you are a technical owner or covering for a technical owner on leave, you will be asked to verify your system is operational. I will send out a ZOOM link to get verbal confirmation systems are up once the outage officially clears.

The ITS operations team is working through an issue that is causing intermittent outages across multiple systems, including VPN authentication. At this time you may be unable to connect to VPN and some IT systems including HR and AIS. The team is working to resolve the outage as quickly as possible and I will send out an update once resolved.
